Blitzcat was my first book that I had ever read
by Robert Westall and I'm sure It's not the last! He is a writer
who grabs your imagination and makes you think about what you
have just read. Although he didn't have any pictures in his book
you didn't need them- it was down to your imagination. There is
some complex which me nor my friends could understand so we had
to ask our teacher.
This book is about a cat who has an incredible journey around
Europe in search of her long lost owner.
She lead people who had looked after her out of a blazing
Coventry. Every were she went people were either touching her for
good luck, or feared her as an omen of disaster. Wherever she
went she changed lives!
I recommend this to people who understand war and aren't scared
easily.
